How is the PMRV different from the Signature unit?

The only difference between the ÖÖD Signature unit and the ÖÖD mobile unit is the wheels underneath the unit. Otherwise, the unit looks exactly like our Signature house.

Once the unit arrives on site, it is levelled on the ground. The exact foundation requirements are determined by local jurisdiction.

Can the chassis be removed?

Yes, the wheels and the tow bar of the chassis can be removed for a nice terrace to be built around the house.

Yes! From volcanos in Iceland to beaches in Tulum, this tiny home can handle any climate. Insulated glass combined with radiant floor heating will keep you warm on the coldest winter morning. Mirrored glass that reflects 97% of UV rays will provide a cool haven in the hottest desert.

Do birds fly into the glass?

To prevent birds flying into the glass, we use UV film stickers on all ÖÖD houses. These stickers reflect ultraviolet light, which is visible to birds, but not visible to the human eye. When light is reflected from the mirror glass birds understand there is an object on their way and change their direction. Our goal has always been to blend into nature without hurting it.
