Perched high on a hillside just 15 minutes from the historic town of St Andrews, the world-renowned Home of Golf, this ÖÖD Mirror House location brings together centuries of farm heritage, bold minimalism, and one of the most commanding views in all of Fife.
Set on a multigenerational family farm overlooking the Firth of Forth, with unobstructed panoramas stretching all the way to Edinburgh, the view itself is the story. A single glance out the floor-to-ceiling windows offers guests a cinematic experience of land, sea, and sky.
Where Nature Reflects Back
Each ÖÖD Mirror House is precisely positioned at 200 metres above sea level to embrace the epic horizon, blending into the landscape while offering a completely immersive experience. Inside, thoughtful design brings the outdoors in: from sunrise to starlight, guests are surrounded by nature’s drama in quiet luxury.
Rather than isolating guests, the mirror houses invite them to fully connect with the surroundings, whether soaking in a private hot tub or sauna with open-air shower, watching wildlife pass by, or gazing out across the sea toward distant Edinburgh.

The houses sit on volcanic rock that once served as a Pictish lookout. The surrounding pasture, now re-grassed to preserve local vegetation, continues to host cows and sheep, linking modern luxury to an ancient landscape.

Though worlds away in atmosphere, the retreat is just 15 minutes from the iconic town of St Andrews.
