Today, we are pleased to announce that we have strengthened our shareholder base and agreed on investment with the London-based investment firm BBox Capital. BBox will subscribe to a capital increase of the ÖÖD group which will enable us to accelerate our growth across Europe and the US. BBox’s founder Robin Böhringer will join ÖÖD’s management board as chairman and work closely with the ÖÖD team on its continued path of profitable growth.
We have been privileged to experience tremendous success throughout the challenging last 1.5 years. We are on track to more than double our production and sales in 2021 and expect to achieve at least the same growth in 2022. Most importantly though, we will continue to do our best to put smiles on adventurous travelers’ faces across the world who experience a stay in our signature Mirror Houses.
Going forward we are looking to build out the ÖÖD brand by teaming up with landowners and operators across the world to provide travelers with a unique experience in outstanding locations. We will also open our own ÖÖD flagship sites in select regions.
