To develop new hospitality business models, expand operations in the US and to offer ÖÖD team, friends and family an investing opportunity, ÖÖD Group decided to run a limited equity raise through Funderbeam.
We are so pleased to announce that thanks to great interest ÖÖD closed Funderbeam round, half a week early after only 7 days and with €4M in total demand, 8 x over-subscribed over minimum target. This funding round was likely the most successful Funderbeam has ever seen, most certainly for a first-time round. It is a testament that ÖÖD has built a company over the last few years with a great brand awareness, strong financials and an exciting business plan. ÖÖD Group is now in the comfortable position to execute the next steps of expansion which are most notably the production of Mirror Houses and other products for the US market and the expansion of ÖÖD Hotel business in Europe with focus on own sites and partnership sites.
ÖÖD had the most successful year yet in 2021 and a promising project pipeline and order book for 2022. We are excited about our customer satisfaction ratings and that travellers have smiles on their faces when they stay in our Mirror Houses.
